He has thirty years experience in exercise to maintain a balanced active lifestyle. Fitness is for life. Chuck coaches people to develop a healthy fit lifestyle with proper condtioning and nutritional fuel.
Chuck is active in golf, resistance training, cardio workouts, sailing, hiking and nutritional cooking.
